So I didn’t just use the pcos bundle I actually downloaded her pcos routine and have been following it for two months and is now down 8 pounds. This feels like such a win because for the longest while mt weight hasn’t been budging. I grow a lot of chest hair so I use the No hair oil on it and I was just crying this morning in the mirror how much this thing is working for and the hair is so much lesser. I don’t drink the tea as I should probably 4 times for the week but I still notice a major difference with bloating and my I swe my period for 3 days this months.
