Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This includes dissatisfaction due to individual sensitivity, personal preference, or perceived effectiveness, as results may vary.

Subscription Orders

By enrolling in a subscription, the customer authorizes automatic recurring charges at the frequency selected at checkout.

Orders fulfilled and delivered through a subscription are not eligible for refunds, once the order has been processed and shipped. This applies regardless of whether the subscription is later canceled.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid future charges. There are no penalties or cancellation fees for canceling a subscription before the next billing cycle.

Failure to cancel a subscription prior to the billing date does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Unopened Products

If a return is approved for an unopened and unused product at our sole discretion, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage, handling, and any associated fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be received in original, unused, and resalable condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Eligible Refunds or Store Credit

Refunds or product replacement will be issued solely at our discretion and only under the following circumstances:

  • Items damaged during transit

  • Items missing from the original shipment

  • Items incorrectly fulfilled (wrong product received)

Requesting a Resolution

To be considered for a resolution, customers must contact us at

  • Order number

  • Clear, verifiable photographs of the item(s), packaging, and shipping materials

Requests submitted outside this timeframe or without proper documentation may be denied.

Final Sale & Promotional Orders

All orders placed during sales, promotions, or using discount codes are final sale and non-refundable, with no exceptions.

By completing a purchase or enrolling in a subscription, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy at checkout.
